Well, our family followed our yearly tradition of getting up at 5:30 AM for Christmas for our stockings (which we still get each year). I got Schott's Original Miscellany in my stocking, which is an excellent read - I cannot recommend it enough. It is amazing. We then progressed to breakfast, and in turn to what we affectionately call our 'Downstairs presents'.
These are bigger presents that are left under the tree. I had seen a really big box (traditionally a great sign!) for me, and was wondering what it was, but under instruction from parents, I was to leave it until the end. My smaller presents included Equilibrium on DVD and a matching T-Shirt, which was nice, as well as several key rings to go with my (fairly large) collection. We then got onto the final presents, which turned out to be Season 3 of Deep Space Nine and a Dance Mat for my PS2. That's a lot of time dancing, followed by a lot of time watching Star Trek. Life is good!
Hope everyone's Christmas is as enjoyable as mine has been so far - Merry Christmas!
